I am committed to working with students on essential skills, habits, confidence, and the desire to learn and develop their talents. I offer a completely personalized service, not a preplanned program, as each student is a unique individual. My approach is to focus on the whole child, even when addressing specific issues, and to teach skills that will serve the student for a lifetime. My primary goal is cultivating a love for learning and a self-confident approach to academic challenges. It is also important to note that I will always reinforce what the classroom/home teacher is teaching; consulting with parents and teachers is an integral component of my services.
In addition to my academic tutoring services, I guide high school students through all the components and phases of the college application process. It is a privilege to support each student as they transition into the next adventure in their academic career!
